MAJOR EQUIPMENT :-

• Reactors: Glass lined, and stainless steel  with capacities from 2000 L to 6500 L

• ANFD: MS/Glass lined  capacity 3000 L.

• Distillation facilities: Up to 1 mm vacuum with fractionation column of glass and stainless steel of 10 m. height and 18 inch diameter with capacities ranging from  2000 L to 5000 L

• Steam generation: Up to 2400 kg/hr

• Thermic fluid heater: 200,000 kcal/hr up to 300 degrees C

• Refrigeration plants: 40 Tonnage Refrigeration (TR) up to -20 degrees C

• Cooling Towers: Total cooling capacity > 500 TR

• Filtration equipment's: Sparkler filter, nautch filters and pressure filters

• Centrifuges: from 36 inch to 48 inch

• driers: Try drier and Fluid bed drier.

• Clean Rooms: Site has finishing area with 5 micron HEPA filters

• Effluent Treatment Plant: Site handle s variety of waste generated  and  treatment of aqueous effluent  up to 50KL/day .
